At the first interview you will meet our HR Manager and/or the manager responsible for the position concerned. During the interview there will typically be focus on your personal and professional skills, in addition to which we will provide a more detailed description of the position and information about the company. During the interview, there will be opportunities to ask questions.
If, after the first interview, you are no longer on the shortlist of candidates for the job, you will receive notification from HR. You will of course have the chance to ask any questions concerning the decision.
If, however, you remain on the shortlist of candidates, you will be invited for a second interview. There will once again be focus on your personal and professional skills in relation to the job applied for and we will describe the position in even greater depth.
In connection with the second interview, you may be invited to take a personality test. This provides the basis for further dialogue. We may – either before or after the second interview – contact your references as per agreement with you.
