We maintain a high level of hygiene, in addition to which quality awareness and knowledge of food safety are regularly enhanced through employee training and skills development.

Fynbo Foods complies with Danish rules and regulations and is subject to specific environmental requirements with regard to operation of the company. The Danish authorities monitor whether the company complies with environmental requirements.
Fynbo Foods makes efforts to minimise the consumption of raw materials and impact on the environment. This is an ongoing process with monthly follow-up on the use of water, natural gas/biogas and electricity.
Fynbo Foods' management system ensures uniform and efficient control of all activities that have an influence on food safety, quality and the environment. The system is updated regularly based on current laws and regulations.
The management system is based on internationally recognised HACCP principles, which are specified in accordance with the Codex Alimentarius Commission’s guidelines and are certified according to recognised food standards BRC and IFS - Global Food Standards.

Fynbo Foods assumes social responsibility (CSR) with regard to educational, social, ethical and environmental matters, and supports initiatives that promote care for people and nature.
Fynbo Foods is a member of the global collaboration platform SEDEX (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange) to ensure continuous development of our supplier and supply chain within ethical trade and CSR. Fynbo Foods has completed a SMETA (SEDEX Members Ethical Trade Audit) in 2021.
