Application

When we have a job opening, we will post it on our website and LinkedIn. We encourage everyone who is interested to apply for our positions – regardless of background, age, gender, ethnicity, religion, or sexual orientation. If we don't have any open positions, we encourage you to submit an unsolicited application or register in our job bank.


Once you have submitted your application, whether it was solicited or unsolicited, you will receive a confirmation shortly after. We review incoming applications continuously or after the application deadline has passed. If you are among the most qualified applicants, you will be invited for an interview by our HR department or the nearest manager. On the other hand, if you are not selected, you will receive a response when the hiring process is completed.


Feel free to include relevant documents such as educational certificates, forklift certifications, courses, references, or similar.

Selection

When we have received your application, it will be reviewed by our HR team and the hiring manager. Your application will be screened to ensure a match between your profile and the vacant position you applied for.

If you are among the selected candidates for the first interview, you will be contacted either by phone or via email.

Interviews

For the first interview, you will meet with HR and/or the hiring manager. During the interview, there will typically be a focus on your personal and professional skills, as we are interested in the whole person. Additionally, we will provide further details about the position and share information about the company. You will always have the opportunity to ask questions during the interview.


Depending on the position you have applied for, you may be called for a more in-depth second interview. Here, once again, the focus will be on your personal and professional skills in relation to the job you've applied for, and we will delve deeper into the job responsibilities.


After the first or second interview, we may want to check your references. This will be done with your consent.

Decision

Based on the interviews, HR and the hiring manager decide which candidate should be offered the job. Whether you are offered the job or not, you will receive feedback from HR.
