Pickles

Fynbo pickles are coarsely chopped and excellent as a sweet and sour accompaniment to hot dishes and on open-faced sandwiches such as roast beef and beef brisket. You can also mix pickles into your own luxury remoulade at a ratio of 2:1 with mayonnaise or sour cream.

Ingredients
Vegetables (pickled cucumber, cauliflower, red and green pepper, onions), water, sugar, mustard, vinegar, apple purée, modified starch, salt, preservatives (potassium sorbate), colour (riboflavin).
