Chia seed porridge with jam and fresh strawberries

Easy and healthy breakfast. Perfect for the busy morning or during the day as a snack.

Mix chia seeds, vanilla sugar and honey in a bowl. Add almond milk and mix thoroughly.

Put the porridge in the fridge for a minimum of 10 min., and preferably overnight so that it’s ready for breakfast.

Serve with rhubarb-strawberry jam and sliced strawberries.

3 dl almond milk
4 tablespoons chia seeds
½ teaspoon vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon honey
