Traditionel Danish Pancakes

Start the weekend with delicious pancakes, topped with your favourite Fynbo jam and fresh fruit.

In a large mixing bowl, sift together eggs, flour, vanilla sugar and salt.

Whisk melted butter and milk.

Let the batter rest for about 30 minutes.

Bake the pancakes and enjoy them with your favourite fruit spread and fresh fruit.

2 eggs
6 dl milk
3 dl flour
Pinch of salt
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
50 g melted butter
Your favourite fruit spread
Fresh fruit
